 The Veterans History Project in Northeast Florida is an initiative of the Community Hospice Veterans Partnership (CHVP). The mission of the CHVP is to reach out and increase awareness with the Northeast Florida veteran community of the availability of quality, end-of-life care available through Community Hospice of Northeast Florida. The CHVP supports programs that range from delivering presentations at veteran organizational meetings to sponsoring the Veterans History Project, a Library of Congress project that collects and preserves oral histories of veterans.
